Celebrity Shades...

Alot of pictures have been going around of different celbrities wearing funky sunglasses. Would you wear any? I think some are a fashion statement but some could fall into the category of fashion no-nos. What do you think? Let me know in the comments below...

Rita Ora was recently spotted wearing these
"Cross my Heart , Hope to die, Stick a needle  In my Eye" Shades as she was heading to an interview in London. What do you  think? Could this be her fashion promise?!

Amber Rose was rocking these Gaga-esque Mickey Mouse shades. Is she just copying or even stealing style? Is she being original?

Dianna Argon put a little Hollywood sparkle into Italy this year when she attended the Giffoni Film Festival. These red glittery shades should mark the spot of Hollywood.

It's not just the ladies who wear wacky but fashionable shades. It's the men also. Will.I.Am is also rocking these flourescent shades at the Kids Choice Awards last year.

So, would you wear any of these? Which ones and why? Let me know. Thanks for reading guys x

Ways to Style Long Hair...

If I may speak  for myself, I have long hair and I know how hard it can be to mix it up and do new styles to not make my day boring. I've put together a few inspirations to jazz up your hair makking it more fun and to make each day different.

Fake a Faux Bob. This is a definate change up from your everyday hair. Try it just for fun and if you don't like it, take it out and your hair is all back. No problem. No commitment. I think this is a really classy look whether it is for a lunch date with the girls or a formal event. It's just stunning.

Try braiding your mane. It looks difficult but it is actually really easy. I've tried it before and its amazing. Definately fun for any event. Day or Night. All you do is take a chunk of hair from one side of your hair. ( Quick tip : Get the chunk of hair from the side that has more hair of the part )Braid it in any way you want. Pin it up your haur with bobby pins then create a pony tail and finish it off by creating some loose curls coming from the pony tail. Spritz it with hairspray and you're good to go!

Have you ever had those days where your hair just doesnt stay down. Me too girl. All you have to do for a quick hair fix is either split your bangs in the middle or part your hair in the middle, take a piece from each side and braid the to the side. Job done. For the loose curls use a big barrel curler for those loose beachy waves. It gives it a more of a laid back feel.

Texturising your hair is one of the easiest ways to change it from boring to fun. There are many diffent ways of achieving this look. The first way is to use a simple tecturising spray. You can get these bad boys anywhere and they certainly do the job. If you want your hair to be more defined you can use different inch barrel sizes of curlers. Do one layer with loose curls and the next tight curls. One half you can use crimper but on the other use hair straighteners to make ringlet curls. Changing it up is great because each time will be different and unique.

Cheryl's Batman Outfit...Hit or Miss?

Cheryl was recently spotted in a London Restaurant not too long ago. In my opinion she has great style and wouldn't say she has terrible style. I would wear what she has been seen in. This body hugging dress is a pocket friendly £60 from ASOS and I think it's great. she sported this dress with high heels and not too much make up. It looks very natural. Not taking any attention away from the statement piece. She had her hair up in a pony tail curled. I think she looks great sporting the recent Batman Movie that released a couple of weeks ago in England. I think she's hit this outfit. What do you think? Comment below and tell me! x

Bullying?!

Hey guys, so as you can see today's post is abit different from all things beauty and fashion related! I thought I'd step away from it and talk about something even more serious. Bullying. One word but a big meaning to people who are affected by it. If I'm being real with you guys, I have never experienced bullying but I know what I see when it's happening. I try to help as many people as I can when trying to guide people through it. Why do it? Being a bully just means you are the smaller person out of the two. Picking on someone who's maybe smaller or not as rich as you are? What's the point?

If there is anyone out there who is reading this post. Think to yourself, am I a bully? Am I causing someone else pain emotionally or physically? Reality check guys, no one is going to be afraid of you. They are just going to think you are completely stupid. What have they done to you? Have they caused you pain? Take a step into their shoes. Obviously they would be scared if a 6ft person stood before them pushing and shoving them. Don't take advantage of that. That just makes you weak.

I have heard so many stories from my friends when they have taken some helpless child's venerability for a ride. There is no purpose for it. How would you feel. Think about that before making someones life a misery. You may say to yourself, ' Well, I'm not hurting them' Bullying doesn't just mean physical pain. It can also be mentally and emotionally. Don't take someones weakness and play with it. I hope you have read this and realise we are all the same people and no one is below or above us that we need to torture them. Thanks for reading guys xx

Get the Look : Mel B

In my opinion Mel B's style is quite up to date and is very chic. Here's a recent outfit she has hit and how to get her look for less.

Miss Selfridge
£35.00
As for the dress I found this similar long sleeve dress from Miss Selfridge. I think this is similar as it gives the same kind of lace detail as the orginal that may have costed over £100. I think this bodycon dress is very flattering as it shows off your curves and the black hides anything you want it to!

New Look
£24.99

For the shoes, they are just any average plain black high heel. In the picture they are shiney shoes but I quite like the look of these better. The plain black draws more of the attention to the dress because if you were to wear any other colour shoes they would not give the dress the attention needs.

For the makeup it is very natural. Her eyes also look very natural. But a quick tip, when you do not want to wear any colour on your lids, you should still put a base colour down, maybe a light brow or beige. This is too stop the lids from creasing to much and so that your eye liner doesn't go onto your lids if you have hooded set eyes.

Patriotic GB Outfit!

Hey Guys, as you may know the Olympics were in town for the last two weeks and more to come. The Olymipcs were in my home country or Great Britain and it is a proud moment. I'm a little late on the post but as the Paralympics are still to come i thought, why not? Here a patriotic outfit i've put together! Enjoy! x
GO TEAM GB!

To start us all of, I found this amazing vest top with a jazzy
Union Jack on the front. I think this just screams patrioticism! (If that word even exists) Please correct me if i'm wrong haha! It's ideal for that warm weather we are finally having and people will know you are proud of your country. All that for only £7.99 at New Look?!

As we all know, Olympics only come every 4 years. So we want to enjoy it. What more of a way to enjoy it than bright red trousers. We don't want to wear plain old blue or black. You can either wear these with the bottoms cuffed up or left down. Either way looks great. These jeans are £16.99. Not the cheapest but they are an amazing colour.

For those days that get abit cold in London, a patrioic scarf will do just the job. It may be hard but on this beautiful chiffon scarf is a Union Jack with hints on animal print around it. It's very light and won't make you too hot or too cold. Just right. For £3.99 I think this is a bargain.

Enjoy the rest of the Olympic Games x

New Look Autumn Line

The New Look Autumn Line which is now available is really amazing. So I thought I'd put together another outfit!

This Skater Dress is really beautiful. It's knee length and a rich royal blue colour. It's not too bright for the autumn days but still gives you that pop of colour you need. You can either wear these with plain or patterned tights or can just wear it with none. You have a choice or this colour or a plain black. Both are great. It has an affordable price of £14.99.

I would then place the dress with this amazing fitted blazer. You can roll up the sleeves for more of a casual look or keep them down for a formal look. Either way would look amazing. This blazer is in a choice of three colours. Black, Dark Green and Red. I would personally choose this black as it looks more put together. The price of this Blazer is £19.99.

For the shoes I would go with these Navy Blue ballet pumps. I would go with this as they are simple and wont draw the attention away from the top of the out fit. These are a meer £7.99.

Outfit From New Look

Hi Guys, so I was browsing through the New Look website and decided to create an affordable outfit for you guys. So, let's get started...

So, to start this outfit off I would choose this white feather chiffon vest. It's very flowly and perfect for summer. I think this hem line is very unique and would suit anybody. The price for this is £15.00 and think anyone would love this top.

I would then place this fitted blazer on top as I think if they are paired together it would give it a formal but casual look. I would roll the sleeves half way up to give it a chic look. This blazer is £25.00. I've been searching for a blazer and this was the cheapest one I could find that was nice.

I would pair this with dark blue jeans. You wouldnt want black jeans or the outfit would look too black. We need a variation of colour from the blazer an d the jeans. These jeans were wuite a bargain for only £9.99

If you was going for an evening look, I would use these Black contrast Platform Shoe Boots. They are very flattering and can complete the look. They are £19.99.

For a more of a day time look. I would suggest you go for some nude flats. These are £9.99 and very affordable.

5 Tips For Wearing Makeup With Glasses

Now ladies, I know how hard it is trying to create a perfect eye look with glasses as I do wear them. It can be really tricky. So, I'm here to help you with this problem...

Firstly, find yourself a good pair of tweezers. You can get high quality or low quality but there is a huge difference. A low quality will cost  around £3.00 - £6.00 but a hight quality will cost around £10.00 - £20.00. Try and find one in between. As your eyebrows are right above your glasses these could be your main point of your face. So, groom them to the shape of your glasses.

Secondly, neutral shades look more flattering on girls with glasses but that doesnt mean they have to look dull and boring. Shimmery shades can really bring out your eyes and make them pop. Make sure you try different combinations to find the one that suits you best. Don't be afraid to try.

Now, to blend those beautiful colours you need brushes. This 10 pack eye brushes are from ELF for only £12.00. These are great for doing the job. I own this pack myself. These are great for getting started. You can eitheer buy the whole pack or each brush is only £1.50 each.

You're going to want to define your eyes buy using eyeliner. You can choose from pencil, liquid or gel. I think all can make your eyes gorgeous. Avoid lining your waterline with black liner as it can create the illusion of your eyes being much smaller. If you want to make them appear bigger and brighter try using a nude or white liner.

If you still feel as it your look isnt bright enough move onto your lips. A bright lip canr eally pull this look together even more. I reccomend the new Revlon Just Bitten Lip Stains. They come in a variety of colours and are just £7.99. One side is a moisturising lip balm and the other gives a beautiful bright lip stain.

Enjoy <3

Versace Vanitas

So, today I thought i should do a blog post on something not makeup related. Perfumes are the one thing I cant leave the house with. If ever I forget, I feel naked without it. You will even find a small bottle of some perfume in my school bag. I recieved a sample of the Versace Vanitas in one of my GlossyBox's a few wonths ago. I took a sniff and put it at the back of my cupboard. I was cleaning my room and discovered it again about a week ago. I started to try it and it is actually an amazing scent. The bottle is amazing on its own. It's very glamorous. Now, the scent is very feminine but not too floraly. It's not too sweet it's just right. I think it would be great for the evening but not to strong for the daytime. I have gotten compliments on this perfume and I will be purchasing the full size.

Barry M Nail Crackles

The Barry M Nail Crackles to me are insane! I love them! I'm quite new to the crackle effect and was quite skeptical to buy them for £3.99. I brought my first one a couple of days ago and they are totally worth it. You'll find me in Superdrug or Boots buying a bunch of 'em. Once you apply them they actually dry in literally 5 seconds. They are great. Some great tips for a smooth application are: 1. Buff out your fingernails first  2. Apply a base coat  3. Apply a bright nail colour so you can see through the crackle 4. When applying the crackle, start from the side or it will dry quick and wont be smooth.

Maybelline Falsies Mascara

When I think of Mascaras, I think of two things, the length it gives and the volume from the roots you get. This mascara I feel gives both. This is a great price for a great mascara at only £7.99. The only down side to this is that after a while of using it, it can make your lashes abit clumpy. when you first buy this mascara you would think its a holy grail product as I did. But, after a while I changed my mind. I still htink this is a great product if only it didnt clump as quick from the first use. The wand it quite intersting and differnt from any other. It is shaped like a spoon which is great to scoop up your lashes from the very root and give maximum effect. The best way to get volume is to firstly curl your lashes, then apply a single coat of mascara, leave it to set and add another coat. This works wonder for me.
